يمكن إلغاء الطلب قبل تأكيده أو قبل بدء تجهيزه من قبل الصيدلية، بحسب حالة الطلب داخل المنصة.
بعد تجهيز الطلب أو تسليمه لمندوب التوصيل، قد لا يكون الإلغاء متاحاً أو قد تخضع العملية لرسوم توصيل أو معالجة بحسب الحالة.
الأدوية والمنتجات الطبية التي تم تسليمها لا تقبل الإرجاع عادةً، إلا في حالات الخطأ الواضح، التلف، أو عدم مطابقة المنتج للطلب، وبشرط موافقة الصيدلية المعنية وفريق خدمة العملاء.
أي استرجاع أو تعويض يتم تقييمه حسب حالة الطلب، نوع المنتج، سياسة الصيدلية، والقوانين المهنية المعمول بها.
An order may be cancelled before confirmation or before the pharmacy starts preparing it, depending on the order status inside the platform.
After the order is prepared or handed over to delivery, cancellation may not be available or may be subject to delivery or handling charges depending on the case.
Medicines and medical products that have been delivered are generally not returnable, except in cases of clear error, damage, or mismatch with the order, subject to approval by the relevant pharmacy and customer support team.
Any refund or compensation is reviewed based on the order status, product type, pharmacy policy, and applicable professional requirements.
